Spring is here on beautiful Lummi Island, and it’s the perfect time of year to awaken the parts of our body, mind, and spirit that have been lying dormant for the winter.

Come enjoy three days of yoga and renewal, Friday, April 29 through Sunday, May 1, presented by the Lummi Island Foundation for Education (LIFE), REC Retreats, and long-time yoga instructor Susan D’Onofrio of 8 Petals Yoga in Bellingham.

This restorative weekend includes two nights’ deluxe accommodation at the bucolic, modern farmhouse setting of Lummi Island’s REC Retreat venue. You’ll also experience:

  • Four, 90-minute yoga classes suitable for beginners and intermediate students, held at Lummi Island’s iconic Grange Hall
  • Introduction to Essential Oils Class
  • Access to hiking and beach trails
  • Delicious, healthy meals featuring locally-sourced ingredients

Whether you’re looking to come solo and meet new friends, or plan this as a girlfriends’ weekend getaway, you’re sure to experience a weekend that leaves you refreshed and ready to tackle your upcoming summer to-do list.
